Processing time: Please allow us enough time for repeat prescription requests to be processed (We aim to have them ready within 48hrs.) This service is not available on weekends or on public holidays. Any requests received on these days will be processed on the following working day.
• You must be a regular patient at the practice from which you are requesting a script.
• Only medications that are listed as repeat prescriptions can be ordered.
• Items can only be ordered when they are due.
• Please list by name all medications with the exact spelling as shown on your repeat prescription slip that you require.
• Only orders with correct patient details and drug names will be processed.
• If you would like the script sent to a pharmacy, please provide the details of that pharmacy including a fax number.
• It is recommended that you contact the medical centre to ensure that it has been sent or ready for pick up.
